A seasonal take on our one-on-one cook/nutrition class for kids

During this interactive virtual two hour class, kids will prepare 4 delicious picnic inspired recipes while they learn nutrition and fun facts about the ingredients. Basic kitchen skills and safety protocol will also be covered during class. This class is suitable for ages 6-12, some adult supervision required. The following recipes have been created by Chef Vivi to encourage kids to prepare and try some delicious, nutritious, and seasonal dishes: -Marinated watermelon, cucumber and cherry tomato salad -Mango, Lemon and Strawberry Fresca -Cinnamon Crispy Chickpeas -Grilled Eggplant Sandwich Class will take place via zoom.
